Qualified with a Management Development Programme (MDP) from Henley of London, and a Financial Management qualification from UNISA, Pulella spent 17 years at Wesbank, where he started in 1991 as a Customer Accounts Officer and moved up the ranks to an Executive Officer in the Credit area.

Ferdinando joined the Kelly Group in 2008 as the Group Credit Executive, and shortly thereafter was also appointed as a Divisional Director of Logical Staff Loan Solutions.

More recently Ferdinando was appointed the Managing Director of PAG; a specialist recruitment company within the Kelly Group. In this position
Ferdinando has overall responsibility of managing and leading the company and overall strategy development and implementation.

Indherani has joined PAG as the Operations Director and focuses on operations and sales in the Gauteng region. Indherani will also drive PAG's international focus and manage PAG's project sites.

Indherani has extensive recruitment experience after spending 6 years working for InnStaff; the hospitality recruitment arm of the Kelly Group as a Divisional Director. Prior to that she gained 11 years experience in hotel management on some very glamorous 5 star properties in South Africa which afforded Indherani the opportunity of gaining exceptional experience in people management and customer service.

Bonnie has had 10 years experience within the human capital services industry and is armed with a Marketing and Labour recruitment qualification and is currently busy with communication science studies.

Within her tenure with PAG, Bonnie has headed the corporate sales, business innovation, tender and marketing departments.

Currently Bonnie manages the marketing department which is responsible for the branding, advertising, community investment, social media and PR for PAG together with managing the operations within the coastal region.
